PRIVACY POLICY

Fine. The boring page. 😾 Touchy would rather be napping, but this one matters, so here it is in plain words: what this site collects, who else touches it, and how to make us delete it. No fine-print games.
What we collect
Only what you hand us:
- In the chat box: your name, your email address, and whatever you type into the message. That's it — the chat exists so you can tell a human what's broken or ask about an order.
- In the email signup: your email address, so we can send new-drop notes. No spam, no selling the list.
- When you buy: checkout happens on Etsy, not here. Etsy handles your payment and order details under Etsy's own privacy policy — we never see your card number.
The chat runs on Tawk.to
Our chat box is powered by Tawk.to, a third-party service that processes chat for us. When the chat is on a page, Tawk.to sets cookies and records technical visit information, including:
- the pages you viewed on this site and your visit history here,
- your IP address and approximate location (city/region level),
- basic device and browser details needed to run the chat.
Tawk.to handles that information to run the chat service for us. You can read Tawk.to's own privacy policy on their website. If you're visiting from the EU or UK, the chat's visitor-tracking features stay off until you consent, where consent is required.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. The shop still works; the chat bubble may not.
How we use it
Two things only: to answer your messages and to run and fix this site (for example, a report that a pin or link is broken tells us what to repair). We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Chat conversations are kept while we resolve what you wrote about, and deleted once they're resolved. Email signup addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Ask us to delete your information
Email touchysworld@gmail.com from the email address you used in the chat or the signup, and say you want your information deleted. We'll delete your chat records and remove you from the list, then confirm by email when it's done.
⚠️ Please don't send card numbers, passwords, or full payment details in the chat. Payments happen on Etsy at checkout — the chat can point you there, but it never collects payment information.
Kids
This site and its chat are for people 13 and older. If you're under 13, ask a parent or guardian before using the chat or the signup, and don't send us personal information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date at the top. The version here is the one that counts.
